What to expect on the ride
Once you reach the base, you meet your guide and pick up your quad. Every rider has their own machine, so nobody is stuck on the back with no throttle to twist. After the briefing you roll out onto foothill trails, tracing dry river beds and splashing through muddy sections where the terrain gets soft and messy in the best way. The pace builds gradually, so you get a feel for the quad on easier ground before the more rutted, uneven stretches.

Come prepared
Old clothes and closed shoes are ideal, plus sunglasses and sunscreen. Expect to come back dusted in trail grime, which is a badge of a good ride. Leave anything valuable in your room and carry only the essentials.
