Titreyengöl is built for quiet mornings by the lake, so the noise has to be imported. Ten minutes inland the pine belt breaks into the dirt tracks and dry riverbeds of the Taurus foothills, and that is where our buggies run. Nothing departs from inside the resort itself — our driver collects you from your hotel door for free and brings you to the nearest base, where the convoy forms up and the engines are already warm.
What the terrain is like once you leave the lake
This is not a groomed circuit. The route strings together forest tracks, powder-fine dust that hangs in the light, churned mud after rain, and shallow water crossings where the spray comes over the cage and lands on you. Between them sit open stretches through the Taurus foothills and canyon approaches where you can actually open the throttle. Two sessions run: a morning start while the ground is still cool, and a golden-hour run that finishes with low sun through the dust. Wear what you would not mind ruining.
The two-seat buggy, and who drives it
A buggy here means a genuine side-by-side: two seats next to each other, a car-style steering wheel, pedals, seatbelts and a welded steel roll cage over your heads. That shared cab is the whole point. One adult drives; the seat beside them carries a partner, a friend or a child — tell us the child's age when you book so we can seat them properly.
- No driving licence and no previous experience required — the controls are deliberately simple.
- The driver must be an adult, and ability decides the rest.
- Anyone who does not feel confident behind the wheel rides as a passenger for the same money — nobody is pushed, nobody is charged extra.
- Couples and families routinely swap seats between stops.
How the session runs
You are not handed keys and waved off. Every group gets helmets and goggles, a full safety briefing, and a practice lap on easy ground before anything serious begins — that lap is where nervous first-timers usually stop being nervous. A professional off-road guide leads the convoy from the front and sets the pace to the slowest driver in the group, not the fastest. Accident insurance is included. Photo stops are built into the route rather than squeezed in at the end.
Free pickup from Titreyengöl, Sorgun and Side
Door-to-door hotel transfer is included, not an add-on. We collect from every Titreyengöl and Sorgun hotel, from Side centre and the satellite resorts, and across Manavgat, Boğazkent, Belek, the Alanya strip (Türkler, Okurcalar, Avsallar) and Kemer. Give us your hotel name at booking and we confirm your pickup window by WhatsApp. If you would rather ride and raft in one day, the same pickup feeds our buggy-plus-Köprülü Canyon rafting combos, including the 3-in-1 with zipline and the 4-in-1 that adds Tazı Canyon.
